Who we are

Rebecca is the Principal Psychologist at RB Psychology; a registered consultant psychologist, with over 17 years’ experience in the mental health field. Rebecca is fully registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), is an AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor and certified trauma therapist.

Rebecca provides a warm, non-judgmental and empathic approach in therapy to support a safe therapeutic relationship. Rebecca works in a client-centred, strengths-based way to support change at your pace, offering skills and knowledge to support healing within the sessions and to continue into everyday life.

Rebecca works with adolescents, young adults and trauma survivors and is experienced in a range of trauma-informed, best practice interventions, taking an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy.

Rebecca practices exclusively via telehealth, providing sessions to you at any location. Just bring your tablet, phone or laptop along to a safe place and you can access healing and support where and when you need it.

  • We are experienced in delivering and facilitating individual and group clinical supervision sessions to support professional development and career growth
